*If you request an outdoor session, a travel fee of $50 applies for sessions located within a 50-mile radius of Clinton, MA. If I select the location, there is no additional fee.
For distances exceeding 50 miles, the fee varies—the additional charge will be added to the final payment.

What does the session include?
My sessions are all-inclusive, depending on the package you choose. You may include up to four immediate family members in the session. For additional members, an extra fee of $50 per person applies.
Where does the session take place?
We can hold the session at my studio in Clinton, MA, outdoors, or at your home. For outdoor and in-home sessions, there is an additional travel fee.
When should I contact you to book?
Ideally, you should book between weeks 28 and 35 of your pregnancy—this is when your baby bump is most defined. Ideally, book two weeks prior to your session to ensure there is enough time to coordinate everything.
Do you offer dresses?
Yes, and we offer them at no additional cost. You can view the dresses we have available further down on this page, as well as the fabrics for flowing dresses that are included in the complete package. However, if you prefer to wear a different outfit of your own, you are welcome to bring it along, and we will use that instead.
What happens if I don't feel well during the session?
Don't worry! Maternity sessions don't take very long; I'll guide you through everything—but if for any reason you need a break, we'll take one. Patience is part of the process, and the most important thing is that you enjoy the experience.
How do I book my date?
My available time slots are listed on my website, where you can view and select the time that best suits you. The date is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit and the signing of the contract.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes, credit/debit card through my website, as well as PayPal, Klarna, and Venmo. If you require another form of payment, you can contact me at hello@thepivotstudio.co.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive your complete gallery within 10 days after the session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable—with prior notice—to another day or type of session.
